What do you mean by a valid library card from a participating library in MVLC?
A valid card must be issued by one of the libraries listed below. Please note: If you have a card from a different system such as NOBLE or Minuteman that was entered into the MVLC system you will not be able to use this service. In addition, your card must be in good standing. If your card has been stopped, suspended or if you owe over $10.00 you will not be able to use your card. You must contact your local MVLC library to clear your card.
